I think it is as good as any McDonald's I ever been in, it's really clean and the food is ok, and the service is fast, I would recommend it to my friends and family.
Ticket order number 360. Never will come back to this place
I went to the Andulsia location on 7/30/17 at approximately 8:20pm. My order order number was 356. My order was taken and the complete wait time close to 20 minutes I received my food from a manager who identified herself as Miss Kay. I went to my car to only discover that I was missing part of my order, 6 chocolate chip cookies. I went back in and tried to let her know I just needed my cookies, but she refuses to stop to hear what I was Back in for approximately 6 minutes. I was finally able to tell her and she said they were in the oven at that moment. I asked another associate how long it would take because I was given no eta, and they said it only takes two minutes to make fresh cookies. I received my cookies and they weren’t even warm. I was finished with my review, but I just finished looking at the rest of my order and I asked for no onions and my order showed no onions on my burgers, and they have onions on them. I could understand if the order was taken incorrectly, but it wasn’t. And I ordered two burgers, one was warm and the other was cold as if it had been sitting out or previously made for another order. I will never return and will copy this review to google.
Food cold and had been sitting out. Tables dirty and bathroom needs fixing and cleaned up
After many hours driving from Orlando, FL we stopped by this place just to find the trash bins full of trash. At 10:05 pm Seats and floor are dirty by the side entrance. Drive thru window full of napkins and trash. The floor behind the counter was all dirty. Manager was at present.
I constantly get home with a drive thru order and find stuff missing. I check b4 leaving when I can and almost always have to go in to get something they forgot. They almost never put your sauce in a to go bag yet they charge I for xtra sauce, which is not a mandatory practice, its this owner being greedy. As many times as they cheat people in the drive thru out of stuff the customer paid for I promise you can afford not to charge for xtra sauce.
Both the cashier and manager don't wear name tags. They got my order wrong. I told the manager how can I complain if I don't see ur name badge/tag ?
