Great staff great care
Please do something with your phone system. I have continuously been trying to call for 2 days to pay a bill. The 877 number listed is "not setup to receive calls" and the 427 number (option 2 for bill pay) just rings until it eventually hangs up on you. If you choose option 0 just hoping to find a live body to talk to, it hangs up on you as well. Update: the 427 number has now been busy for the last 10 minutes solid. You'd think with as much as you're charging patients that you'd at least make it convenient for them to pay their bills!!
