Unfortunately i have been a customer since 2009 or so. Started out with only a $300 loan...now it is much bigger. My paychecks are not steady...some are much lower than others. Everytime i miss a payment (late)...they call me and leave voicemails, and talk to me like im a child or a damn dog!! I tell them i dont have a payment, and theyre like "can u borrow it from someone?" Hell no!!! Thats why im in this situation now. I do all my business with the Troy office. They are much nicer and dont give any lip or issues. They take my payment, late or on time..and dont say a word. Andalusia office = pathetic, sorry customer service!!!
