I have been trying to get my a/c unit repaired, by Rogers, for over 2 weeks, now. They had to order parts, which is perfectly ok. I understand that it takes time to get parts in. When the part arrived, they called and wanted to know when they could install it. I said "today" (8-29-17). The lady said "ok, let me call a tech and I'll call you back." Never heard anything. My wife has been calling. She finally got up with them, yesterday. The lady said, "let me call you back" and again, never called back. I understand being busy, as it is the summer time, but at least keep me in the loop, as to what's going on. My a/c has been limping along for 3 weeks, now.
Rogers Refrigeration and Electrical are professional, competent and always on time! I've called them several times for AC needs and they have gotten my unit up and running before leaving. I appreciate their good ideas, good work and skills. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They are reasonable and very transparent in their billing. No problems, ever!

Awesome job!! I was out of town when I returned home on Sunday afternoon with no air. I was referred by a friend to Roger's Refrigeration and Electrical, they offered to come out immediately, but I suggested the next morning would be fine, no extra charge to come out on weekend. How refreshing, that never happens. They were out the first thing the on Monday and I was chilling that afternoon. Awesome job, very professional, customer service is number one.
