This place sucks. Avoid it.
Now on to the service. I didn't get an itemized receipt. My sandwich wasn't made correctly. I ordered sweet tea but got Dr. Pepper. Only got one straw for my two drinks. Received no marinara sauce with my cheese sticks.
Ordered side salads and they gave us shredded sandwich lettuce in a bowl.sandwich orders were wrong. The level of intelligence behind the counter was pathetic so we just ate our crappy food and left. Worst Arby's ever.
Staff is awesome and 5he milkshakes are great. the food is usually fresh when you get it
I rarely give negative reviews, but this place is just hopeless. I went through the drive-thru. The menu/speaker unit is on a corner, so the curb forces you away from the speaker. Consequently, I had to repeat myself about five times because the woman taking my order couldn't hear me. Also, it was raining so I got soaked because there's no awning.
Not exagerating... A large fry was 1/3 filled. Rude employees.
The food was cold and horrible. I ordered a gyro and it was plain. No sauce. No lettuce or tomato. .only a little bit of meat and it was only on one side of the gyro. I also ordered a roast beef sandwich. .it was cold and very very pink . very raw! And I ordered the loaded curly fries..they was about 6 fries in the bowl with raw bacon and only a drop of ranch on it and no cheese at all..and the chicken sandwich was completely raw! .as I sat in the drive thru waiting for my food forever I saw a nasty looking guy in his 20s with long hair..no gloves on making my food. I would have drove away if I had not already paid for it with my debit card. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the black female at the drive thru was completely great..but I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone! !!! I ended up throwing my family's food away and going to churches chicken..this place should be shut down!!!
