Asked for grilled chicken sandwich, no cheese, no bacon. Got home and it was fried chicken with cheese all over it. The person taking the order was more interested in selling cookies and additional items than listening to what I ordered. The parking lot is a disaster! Holes so big you can't drive around them. Sorry BK, you just lost a customer.
