Rude service. Dirty rooms. Including blood on sheets. Wont be back
Great beds, pillows and service! I haven't slept that good in a year! The place was clean. The service was great. Brenda, at the front desk was very helpful with navigating around town and she was a joy to visit with during breakfast. The owner/manager is a great guy and is very intent on making your stay a pleasant one. It's a good central place to stop for a night or two on your way to and from the ocean beaches. The town has been split up by major "by-passes" so there does not appear to be much there, just drive around a bit. I will definitely stay there again on my way down and/or back up from the ocean cities!
I drive a truck out of Knoxville,Tn. and drive down on Sunday, start my route Mon morning 30 minutes from here. I have stayed at every Hotel in Andalusia,Al and this specific hotel is my favorite. I have stayed here nearly a year,once a week,and always the same results. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, and the most comfortable beds ever. I love this place!
WiFi is absolutely useless! They should not even advertise that they offer free WiFi because not only could I not watch Netflix, but I couldn’t even go to any websites. False advertising! If you stay here, don’t expect any WiFi at all!
Comfortable and quiet. However the dryer doesn't work at the laundry area so we tried twice and lost $2.00. They DO NOT have hot buffet breakfast. It's typical waffle, oatmeal, cereal and pastries.
